Pre-Order Questions
We process every single order manually.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, and a pre-authorization of the payment will be initiated.
We'll confirm the availability of your product with our warehouse (we update stock every 24 hours). Once we've confirmed that your product is ready to be dispatched, we'll process your payment and begin preparing your order.
Our delivery window is 2-7 working days but based in our order history, deliveries are completed in a maximum of 5 working days.
You'll receive an email shipping notification with tracking information once we've dispatched your product(s). Please allow 1-2 business days for the courier to update tracking information.
We offer a 30 Days Returns Policy
Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered: sealed, packaged, with all labels intact, and in a resealable condition as new.

Yes, all of our products come with a minimum of 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Yes, we do. We provide replacement parts covered by the warranty if needed and online assistance if required.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
