Order Confirmation
Upon receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation via email. At the same time, when you receive your order confirmation, we will have pre-authorized your chosen method of payment.
We will then check with our warehouse or suppliers to confirm the availability and readiness for dispatch of your selected item. If the items are not immediately available for dispatch, we will cancel the pre-authorization on your credit card and notify you via email. Once the items are ready for dispatch, we will process the charges and prepare your order for shipping.
Delivery is estimated to occur within a 2-7 working day window, though typically within 5 days.

We will begin processing your order and preparing it for dispatch within 24-48 hours of your order being placed.
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email shipping notification from us, enabling you to track your parcel.
