Fantastic company

No issues at all upon purchasing the Engwe engine pro. First time using stick a tree and I'll gladly use them again. The website is very easy to use and all the products are well listed with enough information regarding the product. Payment was quick and easy and delivery was pretty fast. I ordered my bike on a Thursday, it was dispatched Friday and arrived the following Tuesday. The order arrived in excellent condition, extremely well packaged and no issues upon building and using the bike.

Stick a Tree and my 1st E-Bike, an ADO Air 20s Folding E-Bike

This is my first experience of dealing with Stick a Tree and, in spite of the slightly odd name, I have enjoyed very personal and attentive service. The bike arrived today in pristine condition, and was extremely well packed by the manufacturer, ADO E-Bike. I have absolutely no problem in recommending them for future, prospective customers. As eBay positive feedback would finish...AAAAA+++++!

It was a really quick delivery had a small issue with the bike but the company stick a tree what I have bought it from have been absolutely amazing the part what I needed was delivered within days and all issues with the bike have been resolved. I would recommend this site to any friends or family the company have been so supportive and have always replied back to me within minute its nice to have a company that means what it says and gives you the support what you need.

Peace of mind

I brought a engwe engine x from engwe themselves for my partner and the process was extremely worrying. I thought I was buying from a UK warehouse but was then given a China Post tracking number. I couldn't get a response from customer service and the only number available was a number in France and still couldn't speak to anyone. I just had to hope the bike arrived. It eventually did.

Then I brought myself the engwe engine x from stickatree and was completely blown away with thier customer service. UK contact number. A gentleman named Jesus sent me all the information I requested via what's app. He truly went above and beyond. He proved that they indeed do have a UK warehouse. He contacted me every day with updates. Never have I been so well informed. The bike arrived in 4 days. In my experience customer service is crap everywhere you go these days so it was so refreshing to have such a smooth experience with this lot. The bike attrack a lot of attention and I'm forever recommending these guys. 👌😁
