How to Apply for a Bike to Work Scheme with Stick a Tree

Request a Quote:
Inform us of the bike and/or accessories you wish to obtain from Stick a Tree. We will provide you with a written quote, either over the phone or via email. The usual limit through the scheme is £1000, but some employers may allow higher amounts.

Submit the Quote:
Submit the quote for approval through your Bike2Work account on our partner's website: www.bike2workscheme.co.uk.

Receive Approval Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation once the quote is submitted and approved.

Voucher Issuance:
After your employer has paid the full amount to Bike2Work, they will issue a voucher and send it to you. If requested, they can email the voucher directly to Stick a Tree.

Redeem Your Voucher:
Send a copy of your voucher to us via email or WhatsApp to redeem it for your order at Stick a Tree.

1. When will my order be delivered?
Our delivery window is 2-5 working days. We'll send you an email with tracking information within 24-48 hours after your order is placed.
Sometimes, there are external factors we can't control. If your delivery is delayed, we'll contact you to let you know.
2. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within our 30-day policy, commencing from the day you receive your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and labels.
If you wish to return items after the 30-day period, please contact us with your reason, and we'll work to find a solution for you.
3. Where are the products shipped from?
All the products we sell in our shop are shipped from the United Kingdom. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to offer Free Express Delivery.
Note: Some Engwe products could be delivered from the Ireland Warehouse, but delivery times won't be affected
